This mezcal, carefully extracted from agave plants endemic to the region, including species such as Agave angustifolia Sierra Roja and Agave rhodacantha, is a reflection of the natural and cultural richness of its environment.
The artisanal process takes place in the "Brinco del Macho" still, located in an area of wild flora that highlights its natural attributes. Cooking the agave in stone ovens, covered with earth, allows the mezcal to acquire a deeply authentic flavor, while fermentation in wooden vats softens and enriches its notes, achieving a unique character.
Finally, the mezcal is stored in glass, which enhances its aging and ensures the preservation of its original properties. This storage method enhances its flavor and purity, turning each sip into an exquisite experience that honors the tradition, the land and the dedication of those who make it.
